Description
Zero Spangle Hot-dip Galvanized Steel is a high-end precision galvanized steel product optimized to solve the problems of rough surface and obvious spangles of ordinary galvanized steel which are unsuitable for spraying. By accurately adjusting the chemical composition of zinc liquid and temperature-controlled crystallization process, it inhibits the growth and aggregation of zinc crystals from the source, completely eliminating the snowflake spangles of traditional galvanized steel. The surface presents an extremely flat, delicate, smooth and uniform matte metal texture without visible crystal lines and concave-convex defects.
The dense, uniform and thick-consistent coating has strong adhesion and low surface roughness, recognized as the optimal substrate for deep processing technologies such as painting, electrostatic spraying, powder coating, film covering and screen printing. Compared with ordinary spangle galvanized steel, it delivers flat and delicate paint surface without pinholes, bubbles, orange peel and bottom leakage after spraying, with stronger coating adhesion and higher finished product yield.
It has stable anti-rust performance with customizable zinc coating weight (60-275g/㎡), meeting indoor conventional anti-rust and outdoor moderate anti-corrosion requirements. Multiple surface treatments (passivated/non-passivated, oiled/non-oiled) prevent oxidation, blackening and rust spots during storage and transportation, keeping the surface clean and bright permanently. It also has excellent stamping, bending, welding and cutting performance, with no coating cracking, falling off and discoloration during processing, suitable for various precision hardware forming processing.
Mainly applied in high-end manufacturing fields requiring extremely high surface flatness, finish and spraying effect, including white home appliance shells, automotive interior parts, precision stamping parts, new energy and energy storage equipment housings, precision instrument shells, central air ducting, high-end decorative panels and office equipment shells.
