Expanded Metal Mesh is a high-performance integrated metal mesh material. Different from ordinary welded and woven mesh, it is formed by one-time slitting and stretching of the whole metal plate with professional precision equipment. There are no welding points, weaving gaps and splicing joints, forming an integrated continuous structure with excellent stability, tensile resistance, tear resistance and deformation resistance, far superior to traditional metal mesh. It has no risk of welding point falling off, with longer service life and higher safety.
Various customizable substrates are available, including cold rolled steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum plate, adapting to different anti-corrosion, load-bearing and decorative requirements. Regular uniform diamond meshes are formed after stretching. Mesh size, plate thickness, mesh length and width can be customized with complete specifications and strong adaptability.
