Anti-Fingerprint (AF) Galvalume Steel is an upgraded high-end refined steel product based on ordinary galvalume steel. With high-quality GL galvalume steel as the substrate, it is coated with an environmentally friendly transparent polymer anti-fingerprint passivation film after precise surface cleaning and activation, and cured at constant temperature to form a dense, uniform and transparent protective coating. The chrome-free, non-toxic and harmless production process complies with international environmental protection standards such as EU ROHS and REACH, suitable for global high-end export markets.
Its core advantages are excellent anti-fingerprint, anti-oil and anti-stain performance, completely avoiding fingerprint marks, black spots and dirt caused by sweat, oil and dust during manual handling, cutting, bending and assembly, maintaining a bright and clean metal texture permanently. The flat, smooth and uniform surface requires no secondary surface treatments such as painting, film covering and polishing, and can be directly used as equipment decorative parts, greatly simplifying production processes and reducing processing costs. The coating has excellent adhesion, flexibility and scratch resistance, without falling off, cracking and wrinkling after bending and stamping.
