Corrugated profiled steel sheet is the core material of building enclosure systems. It is continuously processed by high-precision fully automatic cold roll forming equipment with high-quality PPGI, PPGL, hot-dip galvanized and galvalume steel as raw materials, requiring no secondary splicing and polishing. Optimized by mechanical structure design, the unique wave section greatly improves the bending strength, compression resistance and structural stability of the sheet. Under the same thickness, its bearing capacity is far higher than ordinary flat steel, effectively solving the deformation and collapse problems of roofs and walls.
We provide complete product specifications including mainstream models 840, 900, 1000, 1050 and 820 angle-lock type. Custom wave height, wave distance, effective coverage width and sheet thickness are available according to engineering requirements. The sheet features regular forming, uniform radian and tight joints. Equipped with special waterproof sealing strips, self-tapping screws and end caps, it has excellent waterproof, windproof and rainproof performance, resisting severe weather such as heavy rain, typhoon and snow. It also has the advantages of light weight, small self-weight load, strong seismic resistance, dust resistance and easy cleaning, which greatly reduce the bearing pressure of the building main body.
The product supports efficient assembly installation without complex welding work. Workers can complete cutting, laying and fixing quickly, which greatly shortens the construction period and reduces the overall project cost. The surface coating is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, fade-proof and chalk-proof, with a service life of 15-30 years and almost no later maintenance cost.
